What do I need to rent an EV in Phuket? expand_more

You need a valid driver's license from your home country (an International Driving Permit is recommended), a passport, and a security deposit. The minimum age is 23 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.

How do I charge the vehicle during my rental? expand_more

We provide a charging card that gives you access to our partner network of 50+ stations across Phuket. The vehicle is delivered with a full charge and we provide a convenient charging cable. Most stations offer rapid charging (30-60 minutes for 80% charge).

What is the range of your electric vehicles? expand_more

Our fleet ranges from 400 km to 500 km on a full charge, depending on the model. This is more than enough to explore the entire island of Phuket and reach nearby provinces.

Is insurance included? expand_more

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. We also offer premium insurance packages with zero excess for added peace of mind. Please ask our team for details at the time of booking.

Can I take the EV to other islands? expand_more

Our EVs are designed for mainland Phuket travel. Ferries to other islands typically do not accommodate vehicles. However, we can arrange a drop-off at convenient points if you plan to explore nearby areas by alternative transport.

What happens if I run out of charge? expand_more

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If you run out of charge, call our support team and we will dispatch a mobile charging unit or tow the vehicle to the nearest charging station.
