Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of electric vehicles from Phuket Eva. By booking a vehicle, you agree to comply with these terms.

Booking and Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Full payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be at least 23 years of age, hold a valid driver's license (International Driving Permit recommended), and provide a security deposit at pickup.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles must not be taken outside Phuket province without prior written consent. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All traffic laws must be observed.

Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included. The renter is responsible for the first THB 10,000 of damage. Premium insurance with zero excess is available at an additional cost.

Charging Responsibility

Vehicles are delivered with a full charge. Renters are expected to return the vehicle with at least 80% charge. A surcharge applies if returned with less.
