1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Phuket Eva, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license from your home country.
Possess an International Driving Permit (IDP) if your home license is not from an ASEAN country or not in English.
Provide a valid credit card for the security deposit.

3. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

The rented electric vehicle must be operated responsibly and solely within the island of Phuket (mainland travel prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing). The vehicle may not be used for commercial purposes, off-roading, or racing.

4. Insurance and Liability

All rentals include basic collision damage waiver (CDW) with a specified deductible. You are financially responsible for damage to the vehicle up to the deductible amount, except in cases of gross negligence where full liability applies. Full premium insurance options are available for purchase.

5. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental fee charge.
